Outline of Annual Research Achievements

研究計画に従い,昨年までに成功した,フロン23(フルオロホルム,CF3H)を用いたフロートリフルオロメチル化反応の拡張を図り,ペンタフルオロエタン(CF3CF2H)を用いたフローペンタフルオロエチル化反応の条件検討を行った。まず,基質にベンゾフェノンを用いて昨年度に用いた同様のマイクロフロー反応装置に,ペンタフルオロエタンを圧力制御しながらY字型のミキサーへ導入し,ベンゾフェノンと塩基の溶液は,もう一方の導入口からミキサーへ導入する手法を,圧力,速度,量,さらに塩基の種類を精査した。その結果,良好な収率でベンゾフェノンにペンタフルオロエチル基を付加させることに成功した。さらに本手法を種々のケトン類,アルデヒド類,β―カルコン類のマイクロフロー型ペンタフルオロエチル化反応に適応させた。いずれの場合も,目的のペンタフルオロエチル付加体を収率良く得ることに成功した。
続いて,昨年までに成功した,フロン23(フルオロホルム,CF3H)を用いたフロートリフルオロメチル化反応をアミノ酸由来の光学活性なスルホキシイミンに対して行い,不斉トリフルオロメチル化反応に拡張することとした。その結果,連続した二つの不斉点を持つトリフルオロメチルジアミノ化合物を高立体選択的,高収率で得ることに成功した。さらに分子内に共役エステルを持つ光学活性スルフィニルイミンを用いて行うと,不斉トリフルオロメチル化と立体選択的環化が一挙に進行し,トリフルオロメチル基をもつ光学活性イソインドリン類を高立体選択的に得ることに成功した。
