Outline of Annual Research Achievements

ナノ粒子が充填されたゴム材料でバウンドラバーやナノ粒子凝集構造の特徴や機能との相関を明らかにするため、粗視化MDをはじめとする分子シミュレーション手法を検討・開発した。また、小角散乱実験との比較のために2次元散乱パターンに関する解析手法も開発した。関連する論文も含め6本の論文を出版した。
系統的に条件を変えたシリカナノ粒子充填ゴム材料に対する3次元ナノ構造の計測を継続実施し、3次元ボリュームデータに対する幾何学的解析を行った。小角散乱実験では捉えることが困難な小さいクラスターの特徴的挙動を見いだした。並行して、昨年度計測した極小角散乱データから逆モンテカルロ(RMC)解析で約3千万ナノ粒子のモデルを構築し、ネットワーク構造の特徴を調べた。さらに、ゴム中ナノ粒子を簡素化したFN-toy モデルのために、粗視化MDのボンド切断模型の切断パラメータ等に対する挙動を系統的に調べた。FN-toyモデルを通じて、ネットワーク構造の数学的特徴と物性値の相関を機械的に見いだす手法の開発を進めた。
延伸中の異方的な2次元散乱パターンからナノ粒子配置を逆問題推定するRMC法について、3D-FFTを用いた計算コードを開発し、高分子網目中にナノ粒子を充填させた系の粗視化MDや既存の小角X線散乱実験との比較で妥当性を検証し、論文を出版した。
バウンドラバーなどフィラーとポリマーの界面付近の挙動理解に向け、界面相互作用の影響を粗視化MDで調べた。界面相互作用がガラス転移温度に与える影響を予測し、メソスケールの構造が与える影響を論じた論文を出版した。一軸伸張計算で界面相互作用に対する延伸破壊挙動の違いを予測し、in situ TEMや2次元散乱パターン実験の再現を確認した論文を出版した。さらに、界面での化学的特徴の考慮に向け、ReaxFF法やUnited Atom法等の手法検討も進め、関連する論文を出版した。
