Outline of Annual Research Achievements

超新星爆発機構の全貌解明のためには、爆発モデルに基づいた輻射計算により予想される光度曲線・スペクトルを導き、これを様々な観測データにより検証することが必要である。本課題では、(1)超新星・爆発的天体現象に適用するための多次元・多波長輻射輸送コードの開発、(2)最新の超新星爆発モデルへの適用による、爆発理論の直接検証、を目的とする。本課題では、特に以下の天体をターゲットとした研究を進める。(a)標準的な「ニュートリノ駆動超新星」の現実的・多次元モデルに基づいた一般的な超新星の研究、(b)「連星中性子星の先駆超新星」モデルに基づいた、連星中性子星の形成過程の研究、(c)「超強磁場中性子星駆動超新星」の多次元モデルに基づいた、超高輝度超新星の研究。
2019年度には、標準的なニュートリノ駆動爆発シナリオに沿った最新の三次元爆発モデルに基づき、放射性元素崩壊に伴うガンマ線・エックス線放射計算の結果を二編の査読論文として発表した。超新星SN1987Aに対して提唱されている爆発モデルがこれら高エネルギー放射の観測事実を良く説明できることを示すとともに、親星モデルや金属量に制限をつけられることを示した。また、超強磁場中性子星駆動超新星の三次元モデル爆発モデルの流体計算結果を査読誌において発表した。以前に発表した二次元モデルの結果が正しいことを示したほか、予想される観測的帰結についてさらに詳細な議論を構築した。そのほか、多次元爆発モデルに基づいた多次元輻射輸送の応用として、白色矮星潮汐破壊現象の三次元可視光放射計算を行い、これを査読論文として発表した。ヘリウム白色矮星と炭素・酸素白色矮星では別種の突発天体として観測されることを示し、さらに現在その起源がわかっていない短いタイムスケールの突発現象の起源の候補になり得ることを示した。以上の成果を複数の国内外研究会で発表した。
