Outline of Annual Research Achievements

重力崩壊型超新星爆発などの重力波天体現象は、重力波・ニュートリノなどの放出源や、核物理の検証場所として重要な研究対象である。本研究課題では、それらの天体現象の解明に不可欠な真の核物質状態方程式の構築を目指し、核物質の性質と天体現象のメカニズムの関連を一貫して解明する。具体的には、最先端の核物質理論に基づく状態方程式データを作成・拡張し超新星シミュレーションに適用することで、核物質理論の違いが超新星爆発に与える影響を明らかにする。また補助的な課題として、超新星爆発に影響を及ぼす原子核の種類や性質を明らかにする。
本年度は、順調に研究が進み、学術論文3報(主著1報、共著2報)を発表した。主著論文としては、相対論的ブルックナーハートリーフォック理論に基づく多核種の状態方程式の計算を行った。既に計算済みである変分法に基づく状態方程式に比べて、対称核物質は柔らかく、中性子物質は硬い性質であり、超新星爆発シミュレーションにおいて重大な違いを生むことが予想される。それに関連して、国際学会発表4回(1回は招待講演)、国内学会2回(うち1回は招待講演)を行った。共著論文においては、ニュートリノ振動が超新星爆発シミュレーションに与える影響の解析や、重力波観測と無矛盾であり変分法に基づくハドロン状態方程式とNJL模型に基づくクォーク状態方程式をクロスオーバー相転移で繋ぐ中性子星物質の状態方程式の計算などを行った。
