Outline of Research at the Start	肝幹細胞の多様性はそれらの子孫細胞の供給や肝小葉内の配置に大きく影響すると考えられるが、個々の肝幹細胞の性状を解析したり、その増殖・分化過程を時空間的に追跡したりした例はなく、肝幹細胞の多様性がどのように肝臓の発生や再生、疾患に関与するのかはわかっていない。そこで本研究では、肝幹細胞の1細胞RNAシーケンス解析を行うことで多様性の実態を、また肝幹細胞を生体内で追跡することでそれらの子孫細胞の動態を解明することを目指す。
