超新星爆発後期の原始中性子星進化におけるQCD相転移の役割

Research Abstract

現在までに中性子星、原始中性子星の進化を追った研究はほとんどが球対称計算によるものである。しかしながら、近年のX線の観測結果などによると、磁場起因と考えられる表面温度の非一様性が報告されている。磁場分布は内部の密度構造と密接に関わっているため、状態方程式の特徴が磁場を介して表面温度としてあらわれるはずだと考えた。
既にTomimura & Eriguchi (2005)に基づいた磁場分布をもとに中性子星の温度進化を追うことに成功している。ただし、熱郵送を考えるときには一次元問題に落としている。ゆえに現在は完全に二次元で星の進化を追えるようにコードを開発中である。具体的にはr方向だけを陰解法的に解くという手法である。この手法が確立すると、同じ拡散方程式である原始中性子星のニュートリノ輸送に適用可能である。
一方で、これらを原始中性子星に用いる際に必要となる核物理の研究成果も本年はあった。具体的には、強磁場中でのニュートリノ散乱断面積をハイペロン込みで見積もることに成功している。状態方程式からニュートリノ散乱断面積を首尾一貫して算出したものであり、これまでハイペロンの自由度を加味したものは一切なかった。現在は電子のランダウ準位の効果も取り入れ、さらに現実の状況を反映した研究へと発展して結果も得ている。さらに原始中性子星の磁場分布をもとに、そのニュートリノ輸送計算を多次元で行う研究を開始している。
