チップ増強ラマン散乱法による高分子超薄膜の相分離機構の研究

Research Abstract

我々は、現在、数十nm程度の高い空間分解能を有し、かつ数十nm程度の超薄膜での測定が可能なチップ増強ラマン散乱(Tip-Enhanced Raman Scattering : TERS)測定装置の開発に取り組んでいる。22年度は21年度に構築した近接場光によるプラズモンと照射光の結合による増強電場を利用したこの近接場ラマン測定装置を用いて、カーボンナノチューブ(CNTs)を含むポリマーナノコンポジットのラマンスペクトル測定を試みた。それにより、下記に示すような温度変化や励起波長によりCNTs由来のバンドのシフトを見出した。
スチレンブタジエンゴム(SBR)と多層CNTs(MWCNTs)およびそれらのナノコンポジットSBR/MWCNTs(MWCNTs : 1phr, 3phr, 5phr, 10phr)のラマンスペクトル測定から、MWCNTsをSBR中に分散させたポリマーナノコンポジットおよびMWCNTsの室温でのラマンスペクトルにおいて、CNTs由来のD、G、およびG'モードによるバンドが観測された。これらはCNTsの共鳴ラマン効果によるものである。Dバンドは、グラファイト構造の中のsp^2混成軌道の乱れに由来し、CNTsの配向に非常に敏感である。一方、Gバンドはグラファイトの壁の面内振動に帰属され、配向には敏感でない。また、このDとGバンドの強度比がナノコンポジットにした場合とCNTsのみの場合では異なっており、さらにはナノコンポジットではGバンドに見られていたショルダーがほとんど見られなかった。また、DおよびGモードの励起波長依存性の測定から、レーザーの励起波長を488nm、512nm、785nmと変化させて測定したところ、DおよびGモードの波数位置にシフトが見られ、またバンドの形状も異なっていることが示された。これらはナノコンポジットでも同様の結果がみられており、励起波長とCNTsに現れるDおよびGモードには何らかの関係があると考えられる。
