四重N-混乱オクタフィリンの合成と機能

Research Abstract

1.N-混乱オリゴピロールの合成法の確立
混乱ピロールを任意の位置に組み込んだ、混乱ジピロメタン、混乱トリピラン、混乱テトラピロール(ビラン)、混乱ペンタピロール、混乱ヘキサピロールを系統的に合成することに成功した。計算化学を用いて二重混乱ビランの安定構造を検討した結果、混乱位置により、分子の立体構造が大きく異なることが判明し、その後の環化反応に用いるオリゴピロールに対する構造要件が明らかとなった。
2.4重N-混乱オクタフィリンの合成
計算化学を用いて、種々の混乱型オクタフィリンについて構造最適化を試みたところ、2種類の混乱位置の異なる四重N-混乱オクタフィリンが正四角形、長方形の平面型構造を取り得る事が判明した。【4+4】及び【5+3】のオリゴピロール同士のカップリング反応を試みたところ、いずれも、オクタフィリンに相当するマスピークを反応混合物中に確認した。しかし、シリカゲルカラムグラフィーにより生成物の単離を行う最中に徐々に酸化され、オキソ化された化合物に変換されることが明らかとなった。生成物の最終確認には至らなかった。
3.一重N-混乱ヘキサフィリン複核金属錯体の合成
一重N-混乱ヘキサフィリンがパイ共役多核金属錯体の一般配位子として機能しうることを、金及び白金錯体を用いて明らかにした。特に金属の種類、価数が異なる複核錯体を合成しうることから、混乱ヘキサフィリンの汎用性を示すことに成功した。
