Outline of Research at the Start

①既存の脳構造・機能画像を結合し、これと検査時年齢を用いた発達・加齢曲線を一般線形加法混合モデル(GAMM)によって推定し、各個人の年齢、性別を考慮した個人差を各脳構造・機能特徴ごとに抽出する。②認知機能、精神症状・精神疾患、身体疾患、ライフスタイル等と脳構造・機能個人差の相関関係を見る。③思春期データ400名に加え、壮年期・中年期200名のフォロー計測を実施し、個人差の変化を明らかにする。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

一般線形加法混合モデルによる脳構造・機能特徴の発達・加齢変化の非線形推定については、Traveling subject (TS) 計測を持つ多施設共同研究脳構造データが結合可能であることを示し、10-80歳、健常者3,000名(のべ4,000計測、加えて精神疾患群1,000名)以上のデータセットの前処理を完了させた。また、思春期縦断データを用いて、年齢、性別等との関係を一般線形加法混合モデル(GAMM)によって、脳発達・加齢曲線を推定手法を確立し、症状・行動との関連を明らかにして論文投稿した。また、縦断データとなる壮年期・中年期計測148名を完了し、上記のデータ前処理群に組み込んでいる。
