Outline of Research at the Start	細胞内の翻訳状況を網羅的に解析するリボソームプロファイリング法の登場により、非典型的な翻訳動態が次々と明らかになっている。特定の箇所に局在したリボソームによって行われる局所翻訳も、非典型的な翻訳の1つである。局所翻訳はタンパク質の局在制御、そして細胞の機能に重要であるが、簡便で様々な局所環境に適応できる網羅的解析手法はこれまでにない。本研究では、近傍標識を用いて多様な局所翻訳を網羅的に解析する新規手法APEX-Ribo-Seqを確立する。
