Research Abstract

本研究では、計算解剖学で生成した人体や臓器のアトラスを利用して被曝量低減・測定データ削減・画質向上などを実現する新方式CTの枠組みを構築することを目的としている。平成25年度の研究では、以下の３つの項目について研究を実施した。一つ目として、X線を心臓や乳房など検査の関心領域（ROI）のみに照射して被曝量を低減するインテリアCTの画像再構成に関して研究を行った。インテリアCTでは、厳密な画像再構成を行うために対象画像に関する何らかの先験情報が必要なことが知られているが、実際のCTイメージングにおいて従来のものより使いやすい新しい先験情報の与え方を２種類提案して、これらにより数学的に厳密な画像再構成が可能になることを証明した。また、アトラスから自動で先験情報を構成した後にそれを利用して厳密な画像再構成を行う逐次近似型の画像再構成法を開発した。そして、シミュレーション実験及びマイクロCT装置で撮影したマウス肺標本実データの画像再構成を行い、提案手法の有効性を示した。二つ目として、低線量CTの画像再構成に関して研究を行い、従来研究で画質改善に有効とされているトータルバリエーション（TV）画像再構成法の収束が遅く計算量が膨大になる問題点を解決する新手法を提案した。新手法は、数理最適化分野の近接スプリッティングと呼ばれる枠組みに基づくもので、投影データをサブセットに分割して画像更新を行うrow-action型構造をもち、収束が非常に速い特徴がある。そして、胸部CTイメージングを想定したシミュレーション実験を行い、通常のTV画像再構成法を100倍以上高速化できることを示した。三つ目として、平成24年度の研究で開発したアトラスを事前情報に利用して少数方向投影データから高画質の画像再構成を行う確率アトラスMAP再構成法において、アトラス構築の画像処理手法を高度化することで画質を改善した。
