Research Abstract

酸素酸化反応に有効な金属ナノクラスター触媒をはじめ複数の触媒を,ナノ~マイクロサイズの高度に制御された微小反応場を形成する固相担体に集積化した高機能触媒の開発を行った.複数の触媒が同一反応場に存在することにより反応中間体の拡散時間が短縮されるため,反応の加速や不安定中間体が速やかに次の触媒反応に消費され,分解反応や副反応が抑制されるため選択性の向上が期待される.
1)酸素酸化反応と不斉C-C結合形成反応の集積化に有効な固相触媒の開発
高分子固定化Jorgensen-Hayashi(JH)触媒をAu-Pdナノクラスターを含有するポリマーで被覆することで,二機能性層状固相触媒を調製した.本触媒はアリルアルコールの酸素酸化反応と不斉Michael反応の同一時空間反応集積化に高活性,高選択性をもって機能した.本触媒中では二種類の触媒が異なるレイヤーに適切な配置をもって固定化されているため,ナノクラスターとJH触媒の望ましくない相互作用による失活を抑制することができた.
2)NHC「活性」架橋構造を有する金属ナノ粒子触媒の開発と反応集積化への展望
高分子担体中にNiナノ粒子とNiナノ粒子への配位子としてのNHCを同時に固定化した,NHC「活性」架橋構造含有高分子内包型Ni触媒を開発した.本触媒はイミダゾール含有高分子,アルキルハライド含有高分子およびNiナノ粒子の自己組織化により調製され,Corriu-Kumada-Tamao反応において,高い活性,幅広い基質一般性を示した.固体1H NMR解析により,固体触媒中でのNHC構造を確認した.今後,NHC部位を,担持した金属ナノクラスターへの配位子としてのみならず,有機分子触媒,もしくは他の均一系金属種と錯体を形成させることにより,金属ナノクラスターとこれらの触媒種による反応集積化への展開も大いに期待できる.
