Research Abstract

我々は,これまで塩化ベンゼン誘導体の二酸化炭素を用いるカルボキシル化反応がニッケル触媒を用いることにより効率よく進行することを報告してきた。この際,触媒活性種であるNI(II)の一電子還元が触媒サイクルにおいて鍵となることを明らかにした。本研究では,このような触媒サイクルにおける酸化還元過程に注目し,より有用な二酸化炭素を用いる触媒反応の開発を試みた。本年度は,酢酸プロパルギル誘導体の二酸化炭素を用いるカルボキシル化反応を検討した。反応においては,フェナントロリンなどを配位子として有するコバルト触媒が高い活性を示すことを明らかにした。触媒サイクルにおいては,酸化的付加種のマンガン金属粉による一電子還元が重要であった。基質としては,アルキン末端炭素にシリル置換基を有するものが高い収率で生成物を与えた。このシリル基は生成物を様々な誘導体に変換する際に利用することが出来た。
