Outline of Research at the Start

This project aims to build an ultra-sensitive homogeneous detection system by bottom-up creating antibody conjugates with switching functions. It will be applied to detect virus antigens and biomarkers as the model targets. Additionally, the variants with optimized performance will be identified by screening the mRNA/cDNA display libraries. Lastly, the transformer-based deep learning approaches will be employed to build AI models to predict the sequences of the critical domains with better switching functions and to help understand the design principle of the switch-type antibody conjugates.
