Outline of Research at the Start	縄文時代晩期から古墳時代にかけての千数百年間は、採集経済社会から農耕による生産経済社会への転換があり、わが国の先史人類史のなかでも最も劇的な社会的変容の期間である。これはわが国に家畜や栽培植物が伝播したことで成し遂げられたと考えられるが、アジアのなかでの日本在来家畜の詳細な起源と成立過程は、その多くがまだ未解明のまま残されている。そこで本申請では核ゲノムやゲノムワイドSNPに基づく集団ゲノム解析から日本在来家畜の起源と成立過程を解明することを目的としている。
