Outline of Research at the Start	タンパク質間相互作用(PPI)は、創薬の新たなフロンティアであり、次世代医薬品のターゲットとして注目を集めている。特に、中分子ペプチドは、広く平坦なPPI界面をカバー可能で、新たな創薬モダリティとして期待されている。本研究では独自の嵩高いアミノ酸により新たなペプチド潜在空間を開拓することで、中分子ペプチド医薬品創出に貢献することを目指す。
