Outline of Research at the Start	我が国では11人に一人が生殖補助医療による出産児であり顕微授精による出産はこのうち約7割を占めている。ところが、顕微授精はウサギ２羽とウシ2頭が生まれただけで臨床応用されたため、ヒトの健康に長期で及ぼす影響は検討されていない。最近、申請者はマウスICSIによりF1個体での老化マーカーの発現亢進、F2個体での先天奇形を見出した。本研究ではこの現象を分子レベルで解明すると共に異常の予防を目的とする。
