Outline of Research at the Start	単一分子分光による光合成タンパク質の網羅的解析というアプローチにより、不安定で稀少にしか存在しない過渡的な状態にある光合成タンパク質の分光解析を行う。これにより、様々なストレス環境下でわずかに蓄積すると考えられる光合成の機能調節やタンパク質の修復過程で現れる過渡的分子種の、光合成反応を明らかにする。また、本領域の研究者と連携し、機能的に非常に重要ではあるが、完全に精製は困難で、ある程度の不純物が混在するようなサンプルについても、単一分子分光による測定により、含まれている分子種それぞれの分光解析を実現する。
