Outline of Annual Research Achievements

(1)SrTiO3ヘテロ構造の高密度2次元電子系を記述する多軌道モデルを構成した。その磁場中超伝導状態が新しいタイプのFFLO超伝導であることを示し「軌道依存型複素ストライプ相」と名付けた。

(2)多層系超伝導体において局所的な空間反転対称性の欠如に由来する「隠れた」スピン軌道相互作用がエキゾチックな超伝導状態を誘起することを示した。そして、それが鏡映対称性によって守られたトポロジカル結晶超伝導であることを示した。

(3)局所的な空間反転対称性が欠如した系の副格子自由度に由来するエキゾチックな磁気・多極子相を調べ、スピン軌道相互作用により様々なネマティック秩序が誘起されることを見いだした。重い電子系の分野で偶パリティ多極子秩序が盛んに研究されてきたが、本研究はそれを奇パリティ秩序に拡張したことに相当する。
