Outline of Annual Research Achievements

遷移金属触媒を用いて炭素―ヘテロ原子結合を切断した後に不飽和結合を挿入するカルボヘテロアトム化反応は分子変換効率の優れた反応であるが未だ一般性・汎用性は乏しい。これは、炭素―ヘテロ原子結合の遷移金属錯体への酸化的付加が通常容易ではないことに起因する。我々は、カルボニル化合物の遷移金属触媒への酸化的付加と脱カルボニルを鍵反応に用いれば、炭素―ヘテロ原子結合の酸化的付加体「等価体」が反応系中で調製できる事に着目し、これを不飽和化合物のカルボヘテロ原子化反応に応用することを検討してきた。その結果、環状カルボニル化合物の低原子価ニッケルへの酸化的付加および脱カルボニルを利用すれば、炭素―炭素不飽和化合物との環化付加反応により、複素環化合物が得られることを見出した。この反応は、カルボヘテロアトム化反応による、新しい形式の複素環合成法である。また、カルボニル化合物の遷移金属触媒への酸化的付加と脱カルボニルを鍵反応として活用して、炭素―ヘテロ原子結合の酸化的付加体等価体を反応系中で調製する手法は、脱カルボニルの代わりにヘテロ原子脱離を鍵反応として利用することもできる。脱炭酸を鍵反応として酸化的付加体を調製すれば、高い位置および官能基選択性を有する環化付加反応への応用が可能である事を見出した。また本研究では、ニッケル触媒によるアルキンのgem型カルボアミノ化を伴う環化付加反応が進行することを新たに見いだした。
