内部アルキンからの二置換ビニリデンの直截合成法開発と新規分子変換触媒への応用

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

同族のオスミウム錯体[CpOsCl(dppe)] (1a)と内部アルキンの反応を検討した。NaBArF4存在下、1aとPhC≡CC6H4OMe-pをキシレン中70 °Cで反応させると、対応するビニリデン錯体[CpOs{=C=C(Ph)C6H4OMe-p}(dppe)][BArF4] (2a)が生成した。13C{1H} NMRではビニリデンα炭素に帰属できるシグナルをδ 309.6 (t, JPC = 10 Hz) に観測し、分子構造はX線構造解析によっても確認した。同様に、他の内部アルキンPhC≡CC6H4OCl-p やPhC≡CMeもカチオン性オスミウム錯体[CpOs(dppe)][BArF4]上で対応するビニリデンへと異性化した。
次に、リン配位子の効果について検討した。単座のPPh3をもつ[CpOsCl(PPh3)2]を出発に用いてPhC≡CC6H4OMe-pとの反応を行なったところ、予想通り対応するビニリデン錯体[CpOs{=C=C(Ph)C6H4OMe-p}(PPh3)2][BArF4]が生成した。一方、dppeよりも環サイズの小さなdppmをもつ[CpOsCl(dppm)]を用いる反応では(70 °C, 28 h)、アルキン錯体[CpOs{η2-PhC≡CPh}(dppm)][BArF4]が得られた。これを加熱したところ、アルキン配位子のビニリデンへの転位がすみやかに進行し、対応する[CpO(=C=CPh2)(PPh3)2][BArF4]が得られた。これは、対応するルテニウム錯体[CpRu(dppm)][BArF4]上では、一旦生成したジフェニルビニリデン配位子は準安定で加熱条件下ジフェニルアセチレン配位子へと戻ること、そのアルキン配位子はリン原子の分子内求核攻撃を受けることとは大きく異なる。
