Outline of Annual Research Achievements

第3並びに第2世代シークエンス技術融合について検討を進め、第2世代からのshort sequence dataを用いたエラー修正について情報解析パイプラインを確立した。またAgilent sureselectを母体としたlincRNA濃縮技術の開発を行なった。計画研究A02-4並びに公募研究A01-11-25と密接な連携の下で、全ゲノム変異情報からのlincRNAを含めたnon-coding領域変異検出のための解析パイプラインを構築し、recurrentな変異を同定し、検証できた。更に同一検体における全ゲノムバイサルファイトシークエンスデータとの比較によって、lincRNA発現状態、ゲノム変異頻度、染色体構造異常部位におけるメチル化状態を詳細に比較することができた。
