Outline of Research at the Start	睡眠のような２４時間周期で繰り返される生命現象は概日リズムとよばれ、時間生物学という生物学の一分野が対象としてきた。本研究提案は時間生物学で捨てられてきた時系列データの「かたち」の情報の中に概日リズムの記述子を見出す。特に、微分幾何学の手法をこの分野に適用することで「かたち」の情報が抽出できる、というのが着眼である。
