Outline of Research at the Start	色カテゴリ化の起源は外界特性の色彩構造に由来するのか？ヒトは視環境に立脚した個々の独自な知覚色空間を構築していると仮定すると，自然シーンの色彩構造はその地域の文化や産業化のみならず，色の見えや色カテゴリ化にも影響を与える可能性がある。本研究では，Google Street View画像を用いて世界各地の自然シーンの色統計情報を抽出し，これと非工業化地域110言語の基本色カテゴリデータを組み合わせて解析する。このアプローチにより，色カテゴリ化の起源は外的環境に由来するのかを解明し，色覚の獲得過程について新たな観点から理論的・計算的に理解することを目指す。
