Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、以下の3つの研究課題を軸に、研究を進める予定である。まず課題①としてプラズマ照射した種子中のタンパク質リン酸化ネットワークの解明、課題②としてプラズマ照射による成長促進時に活性化するタンパク質リン酸化ネットワークの解明、課題③としてプラズマ照射による発芽および成長促進機構の解明を目指す。以下に、それぞれの研究計画について述べる。なお、申請者自身はプラズマ照射した植物の解析経験はないため、具体的な処理条件等については計画班の先生方のアドバイスに従って実施したいと考えている。
