Outline of Annual Research Achievements

申請者らは最近、可視光照射下でのアミンの電子不足アルケンへの付加反応の開発に成功している。本反応は光電子移動触媒を用いることで、基質の酸化と還元の両方を行う「redox-neutral」な変換反応であり、熱的な反応系では達成されてこなかった骨格変換の達成が期待できる。本申請課題では有機触媒と光電子移動触媒との協奏的な利用に基づく新規不斉反応の開拓を目指し、検討を行った。残念ながら有機触媒とを組み合わせた高選択的な反応は達成できなかったが、その過程で、芳香族化合物の電子不足アルケンのα位選択的な付加反応を見出した。これは通常の熱的な反応では進行せず、光反応条件下でのみ進行する特異的な反応であり、非常に興味深い
