Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本新学術領域を5年間行ったことにより、上皮管腔組織の形成、維持、破綻に関する優れた成果が得られた。しかし、その過程で顕在化してきたことは、上皮組織が器官としての機能を獲得する分子基盤はいまだに明らかになっていないことであった。したがって、我が国における上皮由来の器官形成に関する学術領域を維持しさらに発展させるためには、本新学術領域の研究成果を整理し、到達していない点を明確にして、次の研究領域の展開に資することが必要である。これらの研究成果をとりまとめることを本申請の目的とし、下記の成果を得た。
1.領域内の各計画研究・公募研究の研究成果をとりまとめ、事後評価用報告書を作成した。事後最終評価はA「研究領域の設定目的に照らして、期待通りの成果があった」であった。
2.本新学術領域では、計画研究代表者による「Ex-utero法による胚操作法講習会」、「細胞分離技術講習会」、「メタボローム・プロテオーム解析講習会」、「イメージング技術講習会」の計4回の技術講習会を開催した。総括班にて、領域内の実験技術の共有化が進むように支援し、多くの領域内研究者が参加した。これらの内容に関する実験手法に関する技術書(トラブルシューティングを含む)を作成して、研究成果報告書に添付することとした。
3.計画研究代表者と公募研究代表者による成果発表会を平成29年1月20,21日にフクラシア東京ステーションにて開催して、研究成果や今後の関連領域の進捗について討論し、本新学術領域の総括をした。
