Outline of Research at the Start

本研究領域は、光が物質に及ぼす力、すなわち光圧を駆使し、「一つひとつのナノ物質を自在に選別し、非破壊・非接触に操る」ことによって高度な構造や機能を組み上げる「極微質量の人為的力学操作を通した秩序の創生」を目標として研究活動を行ってきた。この5年間に得られた知見を整理・体系化し、国内外の多くの研究者に本新学術領域で得られた成果を示し、また光圧科学研究の接続的発展を可能とするため、とりまとめの活動を行う。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究領域は、光が物質に及ぼす力、すなわち光圧を駆使し、「一つひとつのナノ物質を自在に選別し、非破壊・非接触に操る」ことによって高度な構造や機能を組み上げる「極微質量の人為的力学操作を通した秩序の創生」を目標とし、領域全体で取り組む共同研究を3テーマ、また計画研究・公募研究を4つの研究グループ(A01,A02,A03,A04)として組織し、特に班を越えた共同研究に力を入れ、本領の目標へ、個々の研究では達成し得ない成果を求め活動してきた。この5年間の研究結果から得られた知見を整理・体系化し、国内外の多くの研究者に、本新学術領域で得られた成果を示すと共に、また光圧科学研究の接続的発展を可能とすることを目的とした。須貝的には、淡路夢舞台において対面の領域会議を行い、計画研究4課題5年間、公募研究課題前半13課題、後半12課題それぞれ2年間の研究成果を当初の研究目標に沿って、3つの共同研究を柱に再度整理し、当初目標になかった新しい知見についても共同研究の枠組みで見直し、さらに新たな共同研究として体系づけるかどうかの検討を行った。残念ながらコロナ禍のため、対面でのシンポジウムを行うことは出来なかったが、HP等で、研究成果をビデオ等で公表し、また光圧コロキウムの形で将来の研究への礎として領域内での活発な等路運を継続し、領域研究の総まとめとした。
