Outline of Research at the Start

昨年度までの5年間に新学術領域研究「ポストコッホ生態」を進めてきた。この領域研究では微生物学、工学、情報学、生態学の研究を融合させ、新たな微生物・生態学研究の方法論の構築と概念立証を目指してきた。研究終了後の本年度に追加の期間を設け、この領域研究の全体成果を取りまとめる。研究成果の取りまとめとあわせて、研究成果と得られた微生物叢等のモデル圃場に関するデータを発信する準備を整える。
