Outline of Final Research Achievements

Our international activity supporting group promoted international joint research, invitation of overseas researchers, hiring foreign post-doctoral researchers to continuously conduct multiple international joint research with the aid of International Advisory Board of this program, resulted in publishing many international co-authored papers. In addition, through joint research with foreign post-doctoral researchers, it has made a significant contribution to the development of English skill (discussions and presentations in English) for PhD course students.

国外の第一線で活躍する研究者との交流および国際共同研究を強力に推進することにより、本学術領域研究の目的である学際的融合を誘起し「精密制御反応場」の創出に大きく寄与する結果となった。これらの活動を通じて、我が国の触媒開発力を含めた有機合成化学の国際的なリーダーシップの獲得に繋がるとともに、国際的な舞台で活躍する若手研究者の育成にもつながったという観点で意義深いものである。
