Outline of Annual Research Achievements

総括班の代表者（笠井）が全体を統括し、令和1年7月と12月に領域会議を開催した。各領域の計画班研究・公募班研究の進捗状況を共有し、それぞれの連携を確認するとともに、領域評価委員会の評価及び助言を得た。
【アドバイザリー・ボード】アドバイザリーボードメンバーにおいては、総括班会議などで各専門領域における専門的見地から、各研究に対して引き続き助言を行った。
【委員会】若手・女性研究者育成(田中・長谷川)：これまで若手・女性研究者の会では、主体価値の構成概念について議論を重ね、領域に貢献してきた。令和1年12月に「若手・女性研究者の会合宿」を開催し、当事者研究と研究の共同創造について理解を深め、主体価値領域の発展の方向性について文理横断的な視点から研究者間で活発な議論が行われた。データリソース共同利用(西田・川上)：東京ティーンコホートやサブサンプルのデータリソースの共同利用を進め、領域内外での連携研究を推進した。倫理検討(福田)：各研究が倫理的妥当性にもとづいているか監督した。パブリックリレーション(笠井)：主体価値のホームページを運営し、公開シンポジウムや一般向けの新聞、ウェブサイトで研究成果の発信を行った。領域外連携(笠井)：令和1年11月に京都にて国際シンポジウムを開催した。認知行動神経科学や臨床神経心理学についての国際的第一人者であるTrevor Robbins先生、Barbara Sahakian先生を筆頭に、国内外の多くの研究者が参加し、活発な議論を行った。

Reason

2019年度内において、計2回の領域会議を継続して実施し、研究者間の連携を深めた。更に、各分野の専門家であるTrevor Robbins先生、Barbara Sahakian先生を招聘し、国際シンポジウムを開催し、結果、多数の研究者による活発な議論が展開され、領域内外の研究連携の発展に寄与した。招聘したTrevor Robbins先生には国際アドバイザリーボードにも加わっていただいた。現時点で13の領域計画班内連携研究と、41の領域計画班間連携が進んでおり、何れも順調に進展している。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

引き続き、年数回の領域班会議の開催を検討し、研究者間における緻密な連携を図る。令和2年11月には国際シンポジウムの開催を計画しており、改めて国内外の研究者による活発な交流を図る方針である。また、若手・女性研究者の会の更なる進展のため、令和2年に若手・女性研究者の会の開催を計画しており、幅広い分野の若手・女性研究者を対象として活発な議論を行い、研究領域について知見を深める機会を設ける。これらを通じて、領域内外の研究者間の充実したコミュニケーションを通じ、領域コンセプトの精密化に努めるとともに、若手研究者の育成を更に進めていく方針である。
