Outline of Final Research Achievements

We have published a textbook from the University of Tokyo Press that takes a scientific look at life action from the perspective of adolescent personalized values. As for collaboration with other fields, we further strengthened our collaboration with the "Evo-linguistics" field (project leader: Dr. Kazuo Okanoya), holding a joint young researchers' camp (video conference), and Dr. Okanoya joined the editorship of the above book. Furthermore, we developed and published a program for professional education in the fields of psychology and social welfare based on the results of this research, and worked to return the results to society as part of the Advanced Medical Human Resource Development Program of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

本研究で得られた思春期の主体価値の形成の長期的人生行動における重要性という成果をもとに、心理・社会福祉領域の専門職教育のプログラムを開発・出版し、文部科学省・高度医療人材養成プログラムとして社会還元に努めた。また、障害のある人が医療従事者・医学研究者となり、医療・医学における共同創造を実現するため、東京大学に医学のダイバーシティ教育研究センターをスタートさせるなどの社会・教育への還元の大きな成果を挙げた。
