| Research Abstract |
The research project was initiated in 2007 by setting up an organization, which has a general management group (3 research leaders and 4 advisers) and 12 researchers. In 2008 the organization accepted further 31 researchers and in 2009 restructured the organization to 32 researchers. The general management group arranged symposiums, maintained web-site home pages and published news letters. Duaring 4 years 8 symposiums and 7 research area meetings were held, and 11 news letters were published.
