Research Abstract

本領域は、生命活動の根底にある、遺伝情報の収納・発現・継承を支える時空間的な「場」を形成する分子・構造基盤を理解することを目指すものである。総括班として行う本研究課題は、研究領域全体が円滑に推進され、領域全体として最大の成果が得られるように、指導や、様々な支援活動を行うものである。それらの活動を通して、多様な専門性(細胞イメージングや、クロマチン工学、1分子イメージング、結晶構造学、プロテオミクス、コンピュータシミュレーション、細胞分化制御など)をもつ研究者が、それぞれの専門性を活かしながら独自性の高い研究を行い、かつ他の研究者へ知識や技術を伝承することにより、真に有効で機能的な共同研究を展開することができる環境を作る。
