Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The goal of this research is to develop simulation models that reproduce dynamic response of living systems. This team support the activities of the interdisciplinary researchers from various fields such as informatics, biology, and pharmacology. Face-to-face conference, lectures, and meetings have not been conducted due to the COVID-19. Instead, we used videoconferencing and online webinar-style conference presentations. The video meeting is better to communicate the remote lab members frequently. We also prepared several movies to introduce the research topics for non-researchers. We also created movies to introduce the developed culturing systems. All videos were available on the Youtube website. Protocol papers and books have been published to introduce the developed technologies. As face-to-face conference, the 31st Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Medical Science has been accepted as a symposium to be held in April 2023.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
各研究班は、論文・学会発表は実施してきたが、総括班としては、各研究班の研究内容を国民に広く、わかりやすく伝えるということを中心に実施した。研究者にインタビュー形式で成果を解説をする動画を作成するなど、わかりやすい内容を伝えることに心がけた。本来であれば学会でセッションを立てる、あるいは領域全体を紹介するような市民講座を開催するなども望ましいが、対面での開催が難しく、オンライン形式での学会あるいはセミナーにて個々の研究者が発表するという形式にとどまった。各研究者からは、プロトコル論文や書籍の出版なども通して研究成果だけでなく、開発した技術の紹介も行っている。開発したソフトはHPにて公開している。
