| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
本年度における主な活動としては、①の<解析方法・ツールの標準化>については、実験動物として使用しているイモリを日本のアカハライモリから実験室で繁殖可能としたイベリアトゲイモリに完全シフトさせて、遺伝子導入イモリの共有化や、トランスクリプトームデータとゲノムデータの整備を行った。また、イベリアトゲイモリの導入に伴い、ゼノパスとの遺伝子操作ツールの互換性を持たせることを徹底して行った。②の<班内における研究交流>についても、班会議(8月、札幌)、両生類遺伝子操作会議(12月、鳥取)、数理理論と実験系の交流会議(8月、札幌)で行い、計画班・公募班を混ぜた交流事業の促進、イモリとカエルの実験交流および実験系と理論系の交流促進をはかった。③の<再生医療分野との共通プラットホームの構築>についても、日本再生医療学会でのシンポジウム開催、日本動物学会でのワークショップ開催を行った。特に日本再生医療学会では、『三次元構造をもった臓器・器官の再生医療を目指す-partII』としてメイン・シンポジウムを開催し、阿形総括班代表が『三次元構造を作るための座標概念と自己組織化』、佐藤班員が『機関再生誘導物質の同定と高等脊椎動物への応用に向けた展望』と題した講演を行った。アウトリーチ活動としては、8月の札幌の班会議に合わせて、札幌駅前通地下歩行空間で『アートなカタチの再生』と題して、再生のパネル写真の展示、梅園・林・佐藤班員による公開講演会を行った。また国際発信強化として、アジア地区初のプラナリア研究会を香港で開催し、9月にはヨーロッパでの再生研究会議へ構成員を派遣し、昨年に創刊した国際OA誌<Regeneration>への積極的な投稿を行った。
