Research Abstract

(i) 領域内の相互啓発と情報共有・公募班を含めた、全計画研究班の研究が円滑に開始できるよう統括をおこなった。全構成員間の交流を促進し、情報共有の緊密化のため、ホームページの充実を図った。ホームページでは研究項目各班の班会議の議事録・資料等を公開し、国内外の研究情報や国際会議の情報等の最新のデータ情報を随時掲載している。また、領域会合を開催し、最新の研究成果を発表し合い、研究者間の相互啓発を促進した。
(ii) 情報発信・研究成果を広く国内外の学界に紹介するため、ホームページ（和英）での研究業績ページの充実を図った。ニュースレターはホームページと連動させた電子媒体を基本とするが、必要に応じ印刷物でも提供した。国内では2５年5月に主催する地球惑星物理学連合大会の関係セッションのフォローアップをし、また他分野で研究をされている専門家を一同に介した分野横断ワークショップを主催し、一般公開を行った。
(iii) 研究支援活動・｢データベースワーキングループ｣を統括し，事故発生以降の環境データ，モデルデータ，分析データを使いやすい形で整理し，関係研究者に提供するほか，後日一般公開するべくとりまとめた。また「分析チーム」を統括し，24年度中に整備される分析機器のsetupを統括，分析がIAEAスタンダードになるようproficiency testの結果を反映させた。すでに採取されたサンプルの分析を進めるとともに，次年度以降計画班・公募班が採取するサンプルの効率的な分析体制を整えた。
(iv)公募実施と研究支援・平成25年度として、11件の公募案件を採択し、研究支援を行った。

Reason

1.領域内の相互啓発と情報共有を行い、メーリングリスト及びホームページにて、積極的に情報発信を行った。
2. IAEAスタンダードとなるよう、Proficiency Testも継続して行った。
3. 公募班の研究支援及び若手育成策を実施し、後進の育成を行った。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

(i) 領域内の相互啓発と情報共有・公募研究も含め、全計画研究班の研究が円滑に進むよう統括を継続する。全構成員間の交流を促進し,情報共有の緊密化のため、領域ホームページを更に充実させる。毎年度領域シンポジウムを開催し、研究者間の相互啓発を促進する他、海外研究協力者らを招いてシンポジウムを開く。(ii) 情報発信・研究成果を広く国内外の学界に紹介するため、和英の領域ホームページやニュースレターを更に充実させる。国内ではJPGUをはじめ関連する国内外のセッションやシンポジウムを主催する。28年度には公開シンポジウムで5年間の成果を広く社会に還元する。また，本領域研究課題は一般の関心も高いものであるため，ホームページにてわかりやすく成果を解説する。
(iii) 研究支援活動・「データベースワーキンググループ」を統括し,各班の観測データおよびモデル実験の膨大な出力データを管理し研究者に提供する。また,初期の降水量データなど，モデルに同化することにより事故当時の大気拡散や沈着過程の再現を向上させる可能性があるデータについては，早期にモデル構築グループと共同実験する体制を作る。また現場観測データを利用した数値実験に備えるため,26年度にはデータサーバの増強も行う。(iv)「分析チーム」を統括し,25年度以降公募班を含めて計測されるサンプルの分析について資材や人員の面から領域全体で支援する体制を築く。 26年度後半には第2期公募研究への応募を広く学界に呼びかけるとともに,25年度からの研究が順調に開始できるよう引き続き配慮・助言を行う。(v)公募実施と 研究支援・分析チームが公募研究のサポートを十分行えるよう，総括班として配慮する。
