Outline of Annual Research Achievements

ダークマターの有力候補として冷たいダークマター(構造形成時に非相対論的)が提案されているが、この標準理論が予言する構造は銀河系スケールでは観測と矛盾するという指摘がある。そこで、千葉はすばる望遠鏡の超広視野カメラによる観測データから新しい衛星銀河の探査ならびに恒星系ハローのマッピングを行い、理論とは矛盾しない傾向を見出した。近年,CMBやBAOから決定されたハッブル定数と超新星の観測など近傍の宇宙観測から決定されたハッブル定数の間に有意な差があることが明らかとなり,H0 tensionとして知られるようになった。高橋はその解のひとつの候補である暗黒輻射(ダークラディエーション)に関して,その人間原理的な上限を始めて導き出し,現在の暗黒輻射に対する上限は確率的に5%程度であることを見出した。この確率は宇宙項に対する人間原理的な上限と同程度であり,もしその説明が正しければ近い将来に暗黒輻射が現在の上限値に近い値に発見される事を明らかにした。川崎はアフレック・ダイン機構を用いた原始ブラックホール生成モデルを構築し、超巨大ブラックホールの種となるの原始ブラックホールが他の観測と矛盾することなく生成できることを明らかにした。また実スカラー場の理論で現れるソリトンであるIボールの寿命を解析に求めることに成功した。さらに非常に軽いアクシオン模型においてIボールが宇宙論的に生成され、暗黒物質になりうることを示した。郡は、Nakama, Kohri, Silkとの共著論文により、原始ブラックホールを生成する小スケールの曲率ゆらぎが存在する場合、必然的に暗黒物質による銀河よりずっと小さな天体であるUltra-Compact-Mini-Haloが作られることを示し、それを将来のパルサータイミング観測で検出できる可能性を指摘した。
