Outline of Annual Research Achievements

研究実績として，主に以下の4つの研究を進行させている。
研究1「無気力の規定因の多面的検討と親子間の影響の検討」2017年，2018年の予備調査をもとに，2019年に中学生の親子を対象に本調査を実施した。
研究2「学校教育現場における無気力の規定因の解明」小学5年生から中学3年生までを対象として，2017年から年に一度，4年間の縦断調査を実施している。2018年度は予定通り第二回目の調査が実施され，現場教員へのフィードバックを行った。現在，データの一部に対して予備的な分析をすすめている。
研究3 「学校教育現場における無気力に関する社会・生物的要因の検討」1つの中高一貫校における中学1年生から高校2年生までの全生徒を対象とした縦断的測定を行なっている。一部の生徒からは，機能的磁気共鳴画像法によって脳活動のデータを収集している。
研究4「日常生活における無気力の生理心理学的縦断調査」成人参加者4名を対象とた365日のインテンシブ縦断調査の分析を進めるとともに，2018年は，大学生を対象に，授業中の軽運動の効果に関する介入実験を実施した。2019年は，大学生90名を対象として，軽運動が日常生活における無気力に及ぼす影響についての介入実験を実施した。筑波大学との共同研究として，介入前後の毛髪コルチゾールを測定し，ストレス反応に対する効果についてもデータを得た。

Reason

おおむね順調に進展していると考える理由は，1）研究1において，親子を対象とした縦断調査を実施し，多様な変数と無気力の関係を検討できたこと，2）研究2において，2018年は学校現場で実施する大規模縦断調査をおおむね予定通り進めることができたこと，3）研究4において，軽運動がモチベーションに及ぼす効果に関する介入実験を実施できたことである。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

上述の研究1.「無気力の規定因の解明：家庭環境および親子間の影響に注目した検討」，研究2.「学校教育現場における無気力の規定因の解明」，研究3.「学校教育現場における無気力に関する社会・生物的要因の検討」，研究4.「日常生活における無気力の生理心理学的縦断調査」を継続して実施する。特にデータ解析と論文執筆，成果公表を重点的に行う。
