Outline of Annual Research Achievements

光触媒、光電極: 前田、陰山(A01分担)、垣花(A01分担)、本郷(A01分担)、木本(A02分担)、八島(A02分担)、前園(A02公募)らの協働により、新規層状酸窒化物K2LaTa2O6Nの合成に初めて成功し、その優れた可視光応答光触媒機能を明らかとした。前田、松石との協働により、MXene構造の炭フッ素化物Y2CF2を合成し、可視光下で水素生成光触媒となることを見出した。長谷川らが中心となり、酸窒化物としては初めてCaTaO2N単結晶薄膜光電極で面方位による光電流の違いを観測した。
蛍光体: 田部、鱒渕(A01分担)の協働により、赤色発光を示すBaCN2:Eu2+蛍光体の高圧下での光物性を調べたところ、Eu2+:5d-4f発光は、加圧に対してルビー結晶の50倍の大きなエネルギーシフトを示す事を見出した。現在高圧研究で用いられるルビー蛍光法と比べてより高感度の圧力センサーとして今後期待される。
熱電材料: 森、石井(A02公募)らにより、マンガン-ニクトゲン-カルコハライド系において、極端に低い熱伝導率が見出され、結晶構造由来の機構が示された。資源豊富な鉱物系CoSbS系において、複合アニオン化のアプローチにより、硫黄サイトに過剰のテレリウムをドーピングすることにより、電気的に最適化すると同時に熱伝導率の低減が得られ、性能指数の100%の大幅な増大に成功した。
電子材料: 長谷川、荻野(A01代表)、辻本(A01公募)の協働により、新物質である層状イリジウム酸フッ化物Sr2IrO4-xF2x、SrCrO3-xFx薄膜を合成し、フッ化に伴う物性、電子状態変化を実験により明らかにした。

Reason

上記の通り、A03班が関与した領域内共同研究は極めて活発に行われている。その結果として、2019年度内に出版した共著論文は25報以上になる。複合アニオン化合物の新規物理化学機能の創出という観点からも、新たに発見した層状酸窒化物K2LaTa2O6Nが従来の複合アニオン化合物や酸化物のチャンピオン物質と比べても高い光触媒活性を示すことを明らかにするなど、突出した成果が得られている。これらの事実から、本計画研究は順調に進展していると判断した。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

本計画研究は、班長の前田の統括の下、光触媒・光電極(前田)、二次電池活物質(内本)、蛍光体(田部)、誘電体・磁性体・薄膜材料(長谷川)、熱電材料(森)、超伝導(松石)の計6チーム、公募研究9件、さらにはA01班、A02班も含めた有機的連携に基づき推進していく。2020年度においては以下の研究を計画している。
(1) 水の可視光完全分解に活性な酸フッ化物(Pb2Ti2O5.4F1.2)光電極を、電極構造に着目して高性能化する。これに関連し、高周波スパッタリング装置を新規に導入する計画である。(前田、A01公募・岡)(2) CO2還元に活性な酸水素化物系の電極触媒を探索する。(前田、内本、A01分担・陰山、A02分担・林、A03公募・竹入) (3) フッ化物イオンの挿入脱離可能な酸フッ化物系の電極材料を開発し、フッ化物イオン全固体電池を構築する。(内本、前田、A01分担・陰山、A02分担・林、A03公募・竹入) (4) Re6+添加オキシクロライドの蛍光特性を調査する。(田部、公募・平井) (5) 新規酸水素化物蛍光体の物質探索を行うとともに、希土類イオンに加えて遷移金属賦活蛍光体ホストとしての機能を評価する。(松石、田部) (6) 高移動度非晶質半導体酸硫化亜鉛薄膜のガスセンサー特性を探索する。 (長谷川、A02稲田) (7) フッ素化によりマンガン酸化物に電子ドープを行い、強磁性相を含む新しい電子相を発現させる。(長谷川、A02木本)(8) 複合アニオン化による局所的な構造・ボンディングの特徴による熱輸送への効果を解明する。(森、A02公募・石井)(9)酸化物系複合アニオン化合物の熱電的性質の解明・高性能化をはかる。(森、A01分担・陰山)
