精神疾患における思考の障害の神経基盤の解明と支援法の開発

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

統合失調症患者において先読みの度合いを推定する能力を検討する経済ゲーム課題(beauty contest game)を実施した。心理・行動データとしては、健常者と比べて、先読みの度合いが低かった。構造MRIを撮像し、T1強調画像を用いて先読みの度合いと関係する神経基盤を検討した。voxel based morphometryを実施した結果、心の理論に関係する脳部位(temporal parietal junction)の灰白質の体積低下と先読みの度合いの低さが相関した。
統合失調症患者においてタスクfMRI課題として30分程度の動画刺激を提示し、動画視聴中の全脳活動をfMRIによって連続記録した。動画に含まれていた単語を自然言語処理技術を用いて、ベクトル化して、その時系列データと脳活動の時系列データから、脳内における単語表象間の距離を定量した。統合失調症と健常者の脳内意味ベクトルに対してネットワーク解析を適応し、統合失調症には健常者とは異なる脳内意味ネットワークの特徴が見出された。予備的な結果ではあるが、意味ネットワークのモジュール性が健常者と比べて、低下していることなどが定量化できた。
統合失調症患者の視覚処理過程の異常を検討するための視覚刺激課題を作成した。今後は、視覚刺激を見た時のfMRIによる脳活動と同刺激をディープニューラルネットワークに投入したときの挙動を比較し、統合失調症患者における知覚処理におけるボトムアップとトップダウンの寄与の程度を検討する準備が整った

Strategy for Future Research Activity

統合失調症患者に対して実施した先読み課題と脳内意味ネットワーク課題の予備的な解析結果をもとに、より洗練された解析を適応し、論文発表にこぎつける
また、統合失調症患者の視覚処理過程の異常を視覚刺激を見た時のfMRIによる脳活動と同刺激をディープニューラルネットワークに投入したときの挙動を比較する
