Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本計画では、以下の3点の研究項目に焦点を絞り、計画研究を遂行した。項目1)活性化細胞集団と記憶痕跡を多領野で同時に標識する活性化回路標識操作法を実現し、Ca2+イメージングと組み合わせ、連合学習時における大脳皮質での学習遂行時の記憶痕跡ダイナミクスと記憶痕跡細胞の活動動態の間の関係についてデータを取得し、解析を進めた。項目2)恐怖記憶記銘時における興奮性・抑制性細胞の活動バランスを記録する目的で、記憶課題遂行中の覚醒マウス脳の大脳皮質深部におけるライブ多光子Ca2+イメージングを実現する手法を開発し、データを取得した。項目3)脳全体での記憶痕跡標識操作を実現する遺伝子改変マウスや、大脳皮質局所で記憶痕跡を標識操作するウィルスベクターを用い、恐怖条件付け記憶における多領野間連関・並列処理を司る脳情報動態を光遺伝学的に再現し、情報表現にとって必要十分な成分を同定した。
引き続き検証実験を重ね、これらの実験を総合し、脳領野間の活動動態の必要性・十分性の検証を実現していく。
