| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
領域内共同研究として、X線とレーザーを相補的に利用した、光触媒反応過程における過渡的構造の可視化に関する研究が、精力的実施された、例えば、オペランドXAFS, FTIRによる反応ダイアグラムの追跡を実施した研究では、Re錯体におけるCO2光還元反応について、オペランドXAFSとFTIRを相補的に利用し、DFT計算を用いた解析を行うことで、構造的な視点から反応ダイアグラムを決定することに成功した[Y. Kou, S. Nozawa(B02班), H. Inoue(C01班), J. Catal. v405, 508 (2022).]。また、EXAFSとIR測定のピコ時間分解（TR）測定を用いたRe錯体3重項励起状態の構造決定した研究では、CO2還元光触媒であるRe錯体について、TR-EXAFSで金属周りの過渡局所構造を、TR-IRで配位子の過渡分子構造を、ピコ秒領域で計測し、3重項励起状態の長寿命化の原因となる分子全体の大きな構造変化について可視化することに成功した[Y. Shimoda, O. Ishitani(C02班), S. Nozawa(B02班), K. Onda(B公募), Inorg. Chem.160;v60, 7773-7784 (2021).]。
