| Research Abstract |
既に、マクロファージに感染するLeishmania major(L.major)がTh1応答で排除され、一方、腸管に寄生する線虫がTh2応答で排除されることが明らかとなっている。そこで本研究では宿主応答に及ぼすIL-27とIL-33の影響と、好塩基球のTh2応答に対する作用を解明する。
(1) BALB/cにL.major を感染させるとTh2優位の免疫応答が誘導されマウスは感染死する。本研究ではIL-27を投与することでTh1/Th2バランスがどの様に変化するか、また宿主の防御力が向上するか等を解明する
(2) 好塩基球は腸管寄生線虫を感染させたマウスで増加する。本研究では、IL-33の好塩基球に対する活性化作用と、好塩基球の有するTh2応答に対する増強作用を解明する。
