Research Abstract

(1) F1の結晶構造と1分子の対応:結晶構造でみられる実質上1種類の安定構造と1分子計測で観察される2つの安定構造の関係を明らかにする。
(2) F1の触媒反応と回転スキーム:加水分解後のリン酸の解離するタイミングを決定する。
(3) F1のATP加水分解に関する量子化学計算結果の1分子実験による検証:京都大学で実施されている量子化学計算で示唆されているプロトン転移律速説を実験的に検証する。
(4) F1の触媒反応の回転角度依存性:ATP結合と加水分解の角度依存性の決定
(5) 新しい膜タンパク質1分子計測実験:Foモーター回転計測のための実験システムを構築する。
(6) マイクロデバイスの開発:超微小溶液チャンバーを開発し1分子計測に応用する。
