Research Abstract

研究代表者は、胚嚢が裸出するトレニアのin vitro重複受精系やレーザーによる顕微細胞操作技術を、世界に先駆けて開発してきた。本研究の目的はこれらを駆使して、花粉管ガイダンス及び重複受精過程においてゲノム障壁の鍵因子となる、細胞間シグナリング分子を同定することである。具体的にはI)助細胞が分泌する花粉管ガイダンス分子の同定、II)花粉管の受精能獲得を制御する母体因子の同定、III)ライブイメージング解析による細胞間シグナリング分子の探索を行う。
