Research Abstract

本研究課題では、これまでに検出したイネ亜種間交雑(ジャポニカ, インディカ間)後代に見られる生殖的隔離障壁因子の単離と機能解析を行う。生殖的隔離障壁は遺伝子座間の相互作用によって引き起こされるため、相互作用する2つの遺伝子を一対として単離する。これまで遺伝的に検出した4対の相互作用遺伝子について、それらの「ゲノム障壁」としての作用機作、生殖過程での本来の役割などの解明を行う。加えて、生殖細胞系列の初期過程に必須な遺伝子群の機能を、細胞分子生物学、遺伝学および発現遺伝子の網羅的解析などの手法により解析し、きわめて情報の少ないこの過程に関する遺伝的プログラムの解明を目指す。
