Research Abstract

(1)「植物ゲノム障壁」の支援班における研究サポートは、主に生殖の全過程についてマイクロアレイを用いて遺伝子発現のプロファイルを取得し、遺伝子発現の全体像を基盤情報として整備して速やかに個々の班員の研究に役立てることである。
(2)同時に、班員個別の計画および公募研究をマイクロアレイ実施面でサポートし、遺伝子発現情報の速やかな利用を促すことにより、効率的かつ速やかな研究展開を推進することを目的とする。
