Research Abstract

ユビキチンープロテアソーム系は、時空間的な特異性を持って基質タンパク質を識別して次々ユビキチンを付加してポリユビキチン鎖を形成し、形成されたポリユビキチン鎖がプロテアソームの識別シグナルとなって、基質タンパク質を分解に至らしめる。本研究では基質ユビキチン化からプロテアソームによる分解へと至る経路の解析を進めている。
