Research Abstract

本研究は、味覚センサーの種間的、空間的、時間的モーダルシフトについて追求するため、1) 甘味セルセンサーの、レプチン受容体やTRPM5 チャネルなどセンサー群との相互作用による感受性変化を調べ、また、あらたな修飾物質の探索と、そのセンサーと既知のセンサーとの相互連関を解析する。次に、2)塩味セルセンサーENaCチャネルの機能発現動態について、マウス系統差に関与するENaCサブユニットのアミノ酸変異について調べ、その塩味応答との連関、さらにはENaCサブユニットの発現の舌部位特性や、量的差異や、それに伴う「嗜好」から「忌避」への行動変化に至るモーダルシフトの詳細を細胞から個体レベルで解析するものである。
